(Garcinia kola) Commonly found across central and western Africa, bitter kolas medicinal properties help fight bacterial and viral infections. Bitter Kola contains caffeine and theobromine (also found in green tea and chocolate), boosting the metabolism and naturally stimulating the central nervous system, which may increase alertness and energy levels.
