Hops, Humulus lupulus
Hops which are known scientifically by the name Humulus lupulus are flower clusters which grow on the Hop plant. Hops is known for making beer, however, hops also has many healing properties.
Hops has been studied to help certain illnesses including digestion, headaches, anxiety, and also has antioxidant properties known to assist with healing for cancer.
