The Medina Jamacian herb is an evergreen plant that grows year round in the island's climante. It is widely used as an aphrodisiac for men helping to improve energy, sexual stimuli and performance. It high iron content is a great way to combat anemia and poor circulation. It is also used in Jamaican culture as remedy for the common cold and fevers, back and joint pain and in order to combat fatigue.
